GCPQ complies with Québec Law 25 (Act modernizing legislative provisions on the protection of personal information).

Information collected

During your visit: IP address, browser, language preference. When submitting the contact form: name, email, organization, message. When signing in to the private area: device fingerprint (UA + IP) for 2FA.

Purposes

Respond to contact requests, secure the private area, operate the site (language, sessions).

Retention

Contact submissions: 24 months. Sessions: 30 days. Trusted devices: 30 days. 2FA codes: 10 minutes.

Audience measurement

The site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure usage and performance. These tools are Law 25 / GDPR compliant: no cookies are set on your device, IP addresses and browser identifiers are hashed server-side, and no data is shared with third parties for advertising. Measurement is considered strictly necessary to operate and improve the site.
